Replacement products will be given for purchases that have manufacturing faults, and are returned within 2 months of purchase.

Magnets are guaranteed for life unless broken in half. Replacement magnets will be fitted by Zarifeh free of charge, although the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
